Not something I wanted to read.  Why do web sites feel a need to always change something?
I knew how to do my Blog, and now I'm back to fumbling around just to write or edit.  Old ways are not
always bad; new ways are not always good.    So, just leave it alone!

I am trying to remove some gluten from my diet and am having difficulty when we eat out.  Everything seems to come on bread, with pasta, or have a sauce that contains flour.  I was glad to see this site.

1.  I hate milk.

2.  I do not have a device (i.e. smart phone) that would benefit me.
